MEET YOUR TEACHERS

Michelle Multidimensional (Michelle Elizabeth) [she/her/hers; Taurus Sun, Sag Moon, Aquarius Rising; clairvoyant, claircognizant, clairsentient] is an Akashic Priestess, Quantum Healer, Psychic Business Mentor, and Spiritual Teacher devoted to awakening heart consciousness and supporting the rise of a new generation of spiritually sovereign leaders. Through the Academy, she aspires to elevate the standards of psychic education & consciousness-based work worldwide.

An Isis-Magdalen Priestess & Durga Devotee with remembrance of roots in Lemuria, Atlantis, Ancient Egypt, and star systems beyond (Lyra, Pleiades)- Michelle’s work bridges multidimensional wisdom with embodied transformation, divine feminine leadership, and legacy.

Michelle is the founder of the Academy of Sacred Leadership, the Quantum Akashic Practitioner Certification (QAP™) program, and the International Board of Akashic Practitioners. She also leads her personal coaching brand, @itsmichellemultidimensional. Her work within the Academy centers on guiding individuals to channel their soul’s highest guidance through direct attunement to the Akashic frequency.

Drawing from over 13 years of intensive healing study (including deep personal initiations, formal certifications, & extensive client results) Michelle synthesized the most effective methodologies into a cohesive, results-driven framework grounded in the Akashic Records and what is known as Parts Work. These two modalities are a natural pairing. The Akashic Records reveal where fragmentation exists across timelines & lifetimes; Parts Work provides the structure for integration. Together, they restore internal coherence.

She is thrilled to run the second round of the Quantum Akashic Practitioner program in 2027 and welcome Katherine Ruckle as Co-Teacher & Director.

Katherine Ruckle, [she/her/hers; Sag Sun, Gemini Moon, Leo Rising; claircognizant, clairsentient, clairaudient]

Katherine is a trance & vocal channel, oracle artist, and medium. A psychic with a penchant for research and a lust for pedagogy, she is a PhD Candidate in Art History of Early Modern Italy, has been teaching since 2019, and has a background in Academic Affairs. A life-long singer, her vocal channeling & trance channeling came online as a result of her work with Michelle and developed as she pursued her certification as a Quantum Akashic Practitioner.

As the Lydian Lantern, her practice centers on illuminating moments of darkness in her clients lives to aid them in finding their next highest expression. Her sound healing and art work is deeply informed by her Art Historical background, her study of Ancient and Early Modern Italian musical devotion with Alessandra Belloni, her study of the physics and practice of sound healing with Vanessa Holliday (of Bali’s Pyramids of Chi), and her own reclamation of ancestral traditions.

• Quantum Akashic Practitioner (QAP)- a comprehensive practitioner training that equips students with the skills, tools, and multidimensional frameworks required to facilitate profound transformation through the Akashic Records.

  This modality supports clients in creating extraordinary results across their lives, careers, relationships, and finances by addressing the energetic, subconscious, and soul-level origins of their patterns. Through precision-based Akashic inquiry, practitioners guide clients into deeper soul mission alignment, assist in rewriting outdated soul contracts, and support exploration of soul history with clarity, neutrality, and energetic safety. Transformation is amplified through vibrational field shifts, activation of dormant spiritual gifts, and identity-level expansion.

  Students develop their capacity as skilled multidimensional practitioners, learning to travel inter dimensionally within client sessions to facilitate shifts across multiple layers of consciousness. They explore time as nonlinear within the Akashic framework, working with experiences of past, present, and futures as interconnected.

  These practices invite students to reshape their relationship with time and integrate insights from experiences of nonlinear time into their facilitation and everyday lives. As clients recalibrate into higher coherence, practitioners simultaneously experience accelerated consciousness expansion through direct communion with the Akashic Field.

• Quantum Akashic Hypnotherapist (QAHT)- an advanced practitioner training that equips students with the skills, hypnotic language patterns, and energetic frameworks to facilitate subconscious and soul-level transformation through hypnosis within the Akashic Records, guiding clients into hypnotic states to resolve issues rooted in this life and in lifetimes beyond.

  Students develop the skills, hypnotic language patterns, and energetic frameworks to guide clients into hypnotic trance within the Akashic Records. Through quantum induction techniques, Akashic-guided timeline therapy, and exploration of parallel lifetimes and life-between-lives states, practitioners support clients in exploring core wounds, subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and karmic themes influencing their relationships, self-expression, and abundance, including emotional and symbolic experiences connected to physical concerns.

  The training teaches quantum recoding, identity-level reconfiguration, and the integration of soul-aligned self-concepts, alongside practices for exploring soul lineage, reconnecting with dormant gifts, and integrating wisdom from multidimensional experiences into present-day life.

  Students also learn self-hypnosis to apply these practices within their own lives- working with subconscious beliefs, strengthening self-trust, embodying new identities, and aligning everyday choices with their desired outcomes.

  Practitioners learn to facilitate transformation that extends beyond insight, supporting clients in shifting limiting beliefs, processing emotional experiences, integrating previously disconnected aspects of self, and embodying new ways of being. The focus is on helping clients translate their experiences into greater clarity, emotional freedom, authentic self-expression, and purposeful action in their present lives.

• Self Leadership & Parts Integration Practitioner (SLPI)- A practitioner training that equips students with the skills, tools, and parts-based therapy principles to facilitate emotional integration, internal harmony, and coherent self-leadership.

  This modality supports clients in resolving internal conflict, protective (egoic) patterning, emotional imprints, and fragmentation influencing their relationships, self-trust, decision-making, and capacity for leadership by working directly with the underlying parts of the psyche shaping behavior and perception.

  Through compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, and structured integration processes, practitioners learn to identify, communicate with, and harmonize internal parts with safety and precision. Practitioners support emotional regulation, exploration of trauma-related patterns, and integration of previously exiled or polarized parts, helping clients release survival-based strategies and reorganize their internal system around empowered self-leadership.

  Students also apply these practices to their own growth, developing a compassionate relationship with their internal parts, strengthening access to their core Self, and deepening their emotional intelligence and relational attunement. Through their own integration, practitioners develop the capacity to hold complex transformational spaces with clarity, stability, and embodied presence.
